Alberta Shouse Bentley, age 94, a life-long resident of Pulaski, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Heritage Hall, Rich Creek.

She was born March 25, 1923 in Dublin, she was the daughter of the late Walter James Shouse and Susie Turner Shouse. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas H. Bentley; daughter, Clara Ann Bentley Combs; four sisters, Bertha Shouse ,Gracie Rutherford, Mildred Ward, and Enola Shumaker and five brothers ,Aubrey ,Daniel ,Charlie , Arthur, and Walter Shouse.

She retired from the garment industry with 40 years of service.

Thomas "Tom" H. Bentley and wife, Sandra -Pulaski.

David Anthony Bentley and wife, Sarah- Wilmington, N. C.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, 2:00 p.m., April 18, 2017 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Johnny Howlett officiating.

Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens ,Dublin.

Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:30 p.m. until time of service at the funeral home. The family will be meeting at the home of Tom & Sandra Bentley.
