Anna Lucille Cecil Justice, age 86 of Riner and formerly Pulaski passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at her home.

Born December 21, 1926 in Pulaski, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late James Cecil & Bertha Thorton Cecil. Her brother; Jason David "J.D." Cecil also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, April 5, 2013 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Earnest Fulcher officiating.
Interment will follow in the Cecil's Chapel Church Cemetery, Hiwassee (located between Snowville & Hiwassee).

The family will receive friends Friday from 12:00 noon until service hour at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
