Barbara Rose Owens Wiseman, age 74 formerly of Dublin passed away Monday, October 28, 2013.
Born November 22, 1938 in West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Arthur & Rhoda Owens.
Her Husband; Dexter Leon Wiseman, son; Eddie Wiseman and father-in-law; John Wiseman also preceded her in death.
She is survived by her

Amber Skidmore and husband, Bryan– Narrows,VA.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, October 31, 2013 at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel,Pulaski with the Pastor Dennis Jones officiating.
Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Wednesday evening at the Funeral Home.
