Beecher Elbert Miller, age 89 of Brookmont Road, Pulaski died Monday, September 21, 2009 as the result of an automobile accident.

Born October 7, 1919 in Honaker, Virginia, he was the son of the late Shade Miller and Maudie Powers Miller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Grace Hall Dye Miller, step daughter, Mollie Stidham, and several brothers and sisters.

He was retired from RAAP with over 36 years of service. Mr. Miller was a veteran of the United States Army having served during WWII.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Randall Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski where the V.F.W. Post #1184 will conduct military honors.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Thursday evening at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
