Bonnie Teresa Smith Farlow, age 57 of Pulaski passed away Monday, December 17, 2012.
Born July 14, 1955 in Radford, she is the daughter of Bonnie Loraine Clark Smith and the late Paul Smith.
She was a certified nursing assistant in Healthcare for over 12 years and sat with many elderly people.
The family wishes to "Thank" Dr. Matthew Skewes, Doctors, nurses and staff at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston Salem, NC; Mountain Valley Hospice and Woltz Hospice Home and staff in Dobson, NC for all their loving and compassionate care during Bonnie's illness.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski with Rev. Ed Stephenson and Rev. Danny Shortridge officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
Visitation will be Wednesday evening from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski. The family will be meeting at the home of her brother, Paul D. Smith, 140 Well Street, Pulaski.
