Carl Edward Gregory Neal, age 28 of Pulaski passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital, Salem. Born October 27, 1992 in Pulaski he was the son of Ricky Neal Sr. & Tammy Jean Gravely Neal.
