Cecil Ray Blevins, age 76 of Dublin passed away Monday January 19, 2015.

Born June 7, 1938 in Smyth County he was the son of the late Mathel & Lannie Huffman Blevins. Two brothers; Everett & Harvey Blevins, three sisters; Agnes Callahan, Helen Duncan, Barbara Blevins and son-in-law; Randy Widner also preceded him in death.

He was a member of Truckstop Ministries in Ft. Chiswell and loved & played bluegrass music on the guitar.He is survived by his

Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm Thursday evening at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. John Blessing officiating
.
Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin on Friday.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 pm Thursday evening.
