Charles Ray Shannon, Sr. , age 74 of Dublin passed away Tuesday, March 21, 2023 at his home. Born April 19, 1948 in West Virginia he was the son of the late Annie Brown Shannon. He was also preceded in death by several siblings.

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM – Friday, March 24, 2023 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Lee Sarver officiating.
