Clara Kathleen Smith, age 93 of Pulaski and formerly Hiwassee passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023. Born March 20, 1929 in Pulaski County, she was the daughter of the late John McKinley Elkins and Gladys Hagee Elkins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her Husband, Robert Norville Smith and one brother, Rudolph Elkins.

She is survived by

Son - John Michael Smith – Snowville, VA

Daughters - Elizabeth Yvonne (Charles) Brannen-Wytheville, VA, Wanda Smith (Jamie) Puckett-Durham, NC

Five Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Monday, March 20, 2023 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski. Interment will follow at the Cecil's Chapel UMC Cemetery, Hiwassee.
