Claude Ellis Newman, age 88 of Pulaski passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the Pulaski HealthCare Center.
Born September 11, 1928 in Virginia he was the son of the late James Rosewell Newman & Effie Trail Newman. His daughter, Kathy Hope Newman, brother Irvin Reed Newman and sister, Minnie Rinker also preceded him in death.
Claude was a Veteran of the United States Army – serving his country in World War II and the Korean Conflict.

Mildred Orita "Rita" Covey Newman – Pulaski,

Sister - Sylvia Newman Covey - Ohio and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel with Rev. Earnest Chinault officiating. Interment will follow at the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski where he will receive military graveside honors.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM – Tuesday evening at the Funeral Home in Pulaski.
