Cleo Goad Smith, age 94 a lifelong resident of Pulaski passed away Sunday, January 27, 2019 at Carrington Place (Rural Retreat).
Born May 15, 1924 in Carroll County she was the daughter of the late Ballard Early Goad & Hattie Ethel Barnett Goad. 
Her husband, James Matthew Smith; sons – James Edward Smith, Jr.  Elwood Smith and several brothers and sisters also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Thursday, January 31, 2019 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Carson Linkous & Rev. Dale Akers officiating. 
Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM – Wednesday evening at the funeral home.
