Cloyd Wilbert "Poncho" Vires, age 84 formerly of Pulaski passed away Monday, August 26, 2013 at the Highland Ridge Rehab Center, Dublin.
Born March 2, 1929 in the Delton Community of Pulaski County, he was the son of the late Manual & Luciel Peak Vires. His wife; Lorena Snow Vires, step-daughter; Louella Keister, brothers; William G. Vires, Jim Vires and sister; Ellen Boothe also preceded him in death.

Mr. Vires was a retired carpenter and builder.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM – Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski with the Pastor Ed Smith officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Bower Funeral Home.
