David Randolph "Randy" Spencer, age 60 of Pulaski passed away Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Lewis-Gale Medical Center, Salem. Born August 5, 1956 in Pulaski, he was the son of the late Timothy Hardin "Tink" Spencer and Marjorie Ogle Spencer. His sister, Cindy Spencer also preceded him in death.

Funeral service will be held 11:00 AM – Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Herman Sarver & Rev. Harry Gunter officiating. Interment will follow at Memorial Christian Church Cemetery, Draper. The family will receive friends 5:00-7:00 PM – Friday evening at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski.
