Deborah "Kathy" Hopkins Lephew, age 64 of Pulaski passed away Friday, January 26, 2018 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.
Born December 20, 1953 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Earnest L. Hopkins & Billie Rae Warburton Hopkins.

She is survived by her

Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM – Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Dale Akers officiating. Interment will follow at the Hopkins Family Cemetery (Wythe County).

The family will receive friends Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. until service time at Bower Funeral Home.
