Debra Scaggs Harris, age 72 of Dublin passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2026 at her home. Born July 25, 1954 in Roanoke, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Orby & Jenette M. Stover Scaggs. She was also preceded in death by her brother Richie Scaggs.

Debra is survived by her

Children – Tiffany (Brad) Gallimore, Brian (Melissa) Tunstall, Derrick (Lori) Tunstall, Daniel Tunstall

Grandchildren – Trinity Woodie, Noah Bowman, Abel Gallimore, Adiauna Gallimore, Halainie Gallimore and a host of other grandchildren

Sisters – Joan Cromer, Vicky (Tony) Emmons

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Tony Emmons.

Interment will follow at the Thornspring U.M.C. Church Cemetery, Dublin.
