Delmas Jabe Trail, age 76 of Salem and formerly Snowville Community passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 at his home.

Born November 13, 1934 in Pulaski County, he was the son of the late Janis Trail and Sylvia Cox Trail.

He was a veteran of the United States Army. He was retired from The Virginia Department of Transportation with 25 years of service as a highway inspector.

Funeral services will be held Thursday 2:00 p.m., February 17, 2011 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Howard Torrence and Rev. James Torrence officiating.

Interment will follow in the Dishon Family Cemetery, Snowville with military honors conducted by the Pulaski VFW Post # 1184.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home.
