Dorothy Cecila Foy Gessner, age 88 of Dublin, passed away Thursday, July 5, 2007 at the Pulaski Healthcare Center.
Born July 20, 1918 in Baltimore, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Louis Foy and Eloise Clark Foy and Step-mother, Anna Foy. Her daughter-in-law, Alice Gessner; Grandson, William John Gessner, Jr. and Brother, Buck Foy also preceded her in death.

She was retired from the Census Bureau in Washington D.C. with over 20 years of service.

Funeral services will be conducted Saturday 2:00 P.M. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Michael Stamper officiating. Interment will follow at Newbern Cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski.
