Dorothy Frances Howard - beloved Mother, Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend to many, age 71 of Draper passed away Monday, April 18, 2016 at her home.
Born 1945 in Blacksburg, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Harwood Watkins Owings, Jr. & Alma Gaye Owings. Her husband, Michael Edward Howard, Sr. also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her

A funeral service will be held 3:00 PM – Friday, April 22, 2016 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Clarence Lavender officiating.
