Douglas Jackson "Jack" Melton, age 69 of Pulaski passed away Monday, January 12, 2015 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Facility surrounded by his family in Winston-Salem, NC.
Born November 30, 1945 in Pulaski he was the son of the late Frederick Lee Melton, SR. & Annie Donithan Melton. His son; Jackie Duane Melton, three brothers and two sisters also preceded him in death.

He is survived by his

Wife-
Stella Bowman Melton – Pulaski.

Rickie Melton – Pulaski,
Norah "Sis" Elaine Rigney – Pulaski,
Sandra Lea Burton & husband, Jamie – Pulaski,
David Jackson & wife, Erin Griswold Melton – Austinville.

Several nieces and nephews-

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Friday at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel-Pulaski with Pastor Randall Lawrence officiating. Interment will follow at the Hufford Cemetery (Mt.Olivet).
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM Thursday evening at the Funeral Home.
