Douglas Wayne Meadows, age 50 of Pulaski passed away Thursday, November 12, 2015 at his home.
Born August 21, 1965 in Pulaski he was the son of the late Kyle Robert Meadows and Etta Mae Roberts Meadows. His brother, Daniel Kyle Meadows also preceded him in death. He was a past employee of Atmos Energy.
