Edna Elizabeth Bevil Isbill, of Draper passed away Friday, July 12, 2013 in the New River Valley Medical Center.

Born May 2, 1938 in Pulaski, Virgina, she was the daughter of the late James Roy Bevil and Mildred Sayers Bevil. Her husband, William Donald Isbill; son, Brian William Isbill; brother, Herman Bevil and Sister, Ann Reese also preceded her in death.

Mrs. Isbill was a graduate of Radford University and received her Master's degree in Sociology.

A private family interment will be at the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., July 16, 2013 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski.
