Edward "Eddie" Allen Phillips, age 52 of Hiwassee passed away Saturday, December 21, 2019 at his home.
Born January 11, 1967 in Pulaski he was the son of Brenda Sue (Guynn) Riggins and the late Ralph Edward Phillips. 
His maternal and paternal grandparents also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Monday, December 23, 2019 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski 
with Pastor Carson Linkous officiating. Interment will follow at the Shiloh Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home.
