Elyse Beverly "Tot" Higgins age 89 of Pulaski passed away Saturday, December 19, 2009.

Born May 5, 1920 in Wise County, she was the daughter of Daniel Webster Beverly and Maude Steffey Beverly. Her husband; Aaron G. Higgins, two sisters; Madge Carden and Norma Neeb and two brothers; Garnett Hassell Beverly and Bob Beverly also preceded her in death.

She was a fine Christian lady that loved people and loved pets-birds, dogs and cats. She always had something good to say about everyone and loved to talk about the bible and the things Jesus did.

A Memorial Homecoming will be held between 5:00-7:00 p.m. Monday evening at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski.

Private interment will follow in the Monte Vista Memorial Cemetery, Galax on Tuesday.
