Ethel Lee Bandy Duncan, age 82 of Pulaski passed away Friday – January 22, 2010 at the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born September 21, 1927 in Pulaski she was the daughter of the late Lawrence Randall & Gillie Hufford Bandy. Her husband; Price Farley Duncan, infant son; Gary Allen Duncan, two sisters; Mary Sheppard, Myrtle Vest and brothers; John & Walter Bandy also preceded her in death.
She attended the Pilgrim's Rest Church in Draper.

She is survived by -

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel with Rev. Richard Wall & Pastor Roger Duncan officiating. Interment will follow at the Thornspring Cemetery.
