Etta Louise D. Tolbert, age 79 of Dublin passed away Thursday, March 22, 2007 at the Westminster Canterbury - Lynchburg, VA.
Born November 19, 1927 in Delton, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Toney & Mary Frances "Fanny" Wright Goad. Her husband, L.A. Tolbert, two sisters, Mary Frances Goad, Annie Marie "Beatcie" Windle, five brothers, Charlie Frank Goad, William Preston Goad, Toney Alvin Goad, Elmer Jean Goad, Anthony Harold Goad and one nephew, James Alvin Goad also preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Monday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Toney Hodge & Rev. Frank Graham officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Sunday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.
