Frances Lea Kelly Akers, age 76 of Dublin passed away Friday, November 3, 2006 at the Pulaski Community Hospital.

Born January 10, 1930 in Saltville, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Garnett Kelly and Lena Ratcliff Kelly. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Carlos Whitfield Akers.

Funeral services will be conducted Sunday 2:00 P.M. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Jeff Aikens officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
