Frances Joann Carter Todd, age 73 of Allisonia passed away Monday, February 02, 2009 at her home.

Born February 15, 1935 in North Carolina she was the daughter of the late Walter & Lilly Steele Carter.

A memorial service will be held Thursday at 2:00 P.M. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Robert Wensil officiating.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 1:00 P.M. until service hour
