Frank C. Van Patten, age 78 of Pulaski passed away Sunday, August 20, 2017 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital, Pulaski.

Born October 3, 1938 in Springville, Utah he was the son of the late Carlisle Van Patten & Clarice Snow Van Patten. His sister, Shirley Snow and grandson, Braxton Hatch also preceded him in death.

He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving in Korea, an active member and PER (Provo Elks Lodge) – Provo, Utah. He was also a member of the Local #3 Operating Engineers Union.

Memorial services will be held 5:00 PM – Sunday, August 27, 2017 at the Provo Elks Lodge – Provo, Utah where all are welcome.

An inurnment will be held at the Southwest Virginia Veteran's Cemetery, Dublin ,Thursday ,10:00 am, August 31,2017.
