Fred Martin, age 87 of Pulaski went to be with the Lord, Monday, December 8, 2008 at the Pulaski Community Hospital.

Born October 21, 1921 in Allisonia, he was the son of the late James Edward Martin and Gertrude Carnell Martin. He is also preceded in death a number of brothers and sisters.

He was retired from the Radford Army Ammunition Plant with 37 years of service.

Funeral services will be held Saturday 2:00 P.M. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Ted Turner officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 1:00 P.M. until hour of service at the funeral home.
