Gertrude Hazel Smith Hurst Shelton, age 91 of Pulaski and formerly of the Hiwassee Community passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at the Pulaski Health Care Center.
Born September 19, 1927 in Hiwassee she was the daughter of the late John David Smith & Carmell Goad Smith. Her husbands, Oscar B. Hurst, James Ray Shelton, daughter; Judy Goad, granddaughter; Angie Baker, sister; Ruth Bowman and brothers; George L. Smith, Warren G. Smith also preceded her in death.

She is survived by her

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM-Monday, December 17, 2018 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Don Sizemore officiating.
Interment will follow at the Hurst Family Cemetery-Hiwassee.
The family will receive friends between 3:00-5:00 PM – Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the Funeral Home.
