Hazel Tibbs Kennedy, age 85 of Pulaski passed away Tuesday – June 19, 2007 at the Pulaski Health & Rehab Center.
Born December 25, 1920 in Motaoka, West Virginia she was the daughter of the late Lee & Effie Funk Tibbs. Her husband, Frank Andrew Kennedy, four brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death
