Henry Lee Mitchell, age 86 of Pulaski passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 at the Riverview Nursing Center, Rich Creek, Virginia.

Born May 11, 1924 in Pulaski, he is the son of the late James Franklin Mitchell and Nannie Ellen Sutphin Mitchell.

In addition to his parents, he is also preceded in death by a Brother, Junior Mitchell and one sister, Margaret Elizabeth Mitchell and Son-in-law, Julius Long, and Great Granddaughter, Amber Marie Martin.

Mr. Mitchell was retired from Radford Army Ammunition plant with 25 years of service. He was a long time member of the Pulaski Church of God, Bob White Blvd.

Funeral services will be held Friday 11:00 A.M. at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Larry Taylor officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

The family will friends Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
