James C. Blair III , age 55 of Dublin, Virginia made the journey to Heaven on April 12, 2021. He lived at Claytor Lake most of his life and enjoyed swimming, fishing and being around the wildlife. James was a graduate of Pulaski County High School where he was nominated to "Who's Who" and an alumnus of New River Valley Community College with a degree in electronics and instrumentation. James worked for many years at Danaher in Radford and Imperial Manufacturing of Dublin.

James is preceded in death by his grandparents James Blair, M.D. & Esther Blair and Houston & Ada Roseberry, niece Kelsey Jones and great aunts Nannie & Myra Roseberry.

James is survived by his parents Jim & Nancy Blair, sister & brother-in-law Karen & Dean Jones, three nephews Ethan, Gage and Rhen Jones, aunts Addie Hubble and Erma Young, uncle Samuel Roseberry, sons Cameron and Isaac and numerous close cousins.

Funeral services will be held at Mountain View United Methodist Church, Thursday, April 15, 2021. The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM , with the service at 2:00 PM. Interment will follow in the Mountain View United Methodist Church Cemetery, Dublin.
