James Henry Kiser, age 86 of Dublin passed away March 13, 2010 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born April 12, 1923 in War, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Walter Kiser and Callie Williams Kiser. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Lisa Kiser Lester; one brother, Brooks Kiser and one sister, Mary Katherine Hudson.

Mr. Kiser was a World War II veteran of the United States Army. He was retired from Appalachian Power Company with 40 years of service.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday 11:00 A.M. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Father Ken Shuping officiating.
Entombment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Dublin.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski
