James Garland Smith, Jr., age 66 of Dublin passed away Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the New River Valley Medical Center.
Born October 3, 1949 in Pulaski he is the son of Viola King Smith and the late James Garland Smith, SR.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM – Thursday, April 14, 2016 at the Bower Funeral Home – Chapel, Pulaski with Pastors Mike Ingo & Charlie Barbettini officiating.
Interment will follow at the Mt. View United Methodist Church Cemetery, Dublin.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 PM – Wednesday evening at the Funeral Home.
