James Roy Talbert, Jr. , age 40 of Pulaski passed away Friday, July 9, 2021 at his home. Born February 17, 1981 in Pulaski he was the son of the late James Roy Talbert & Jackie Star King Talbert.

He was a former employee at James Hardie in Pulaski. He enjoyed playing "Santa" many times at the hospital and various charitable events. He was a devoted husband and father.  He achieved the rank of Eagle Scout while in high school. He was an avid history buff.

Sisters – Betty Silvas – TX, Jennifer Sherman – VA

Brother – Tim Talbert - VA

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Thursday, July 15, 2021 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski. Interment will follow at the Newbern Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before service time Thursday at the Funeral Home.
