Jerry Wayne Simpkins, Sr. age 56 of Pulaski passed away Saturday June 18, 2016 in the Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

Born April 15, 1960 in Radford, VA he was the son of the late Arlie "Toad" William Simpkins and Melinda Smith Simpkins. His sisters, Eula Mae Meredith, Ethel Gaye Hussey and brothers, Frankie Lee Simpkins, Arlie Kendall Simpkins also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM – Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Clayton Quesenberry officiating.

Interment will follow at the Simpkins Family Cemetery, Snowville.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1:00 pm until service time.
