Jo Ann Rakes Ayers Neece, age 52 of Dublin was called home to be with her family after a long battle with cancer on Friday, September 21, 2012.

Born December 22, 1959 in Pulaski, she was preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Mary Rakes; one sister, Dinah Hancock and one brother, Ricky Rakes.

One Son- Michael Rakes- Dublin,
Brother and Sister-in-law- Ronnie and Kathy Rakes-Barren Springs,
Sister- Judy DeHart- Dublin,
Brother- Tony Rakes- Dublin,
Sister- Mary Ryan-Pulaski,
Sister-in-law- Robin Durham-Dublin,
Grandchildren- Mikie, Kaylee and Jordan Rakes.
Numerous Nieces and Nephews.

Funeral services will be held Monday 2:00 p.m. in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Clayton Quesenberry officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.

Visitation will be Sunday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.

The family will be meeting at the home of her sister, Judy DeHart, 110 Linkous Ave. Apt 201-C, Dublin, VA.
