Joanne Blevins Hughes, age 58 of Dublin passed away Saturday, February 19, 2011 at her home.

Born September 14, 1952 In Marion, Virginia, she was the daughter of the late Richard Keisel Blevins and Kandas Marie Bartram Martin.

She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Janet Blevins and Linda Holston, and one brother, James Donald Blevins.

Memorial services will be held 11:00 Friday, February 25, 2011 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. David Hoover officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. at the funeral home prior to service hour.
