John Riggins, age 70 of Draper died Monday, October 26, 2009 as the result of a vehicle accident.
Born January 16, 1939 in Barren Springs, he was the son of the late Kelly Lucas Riggins and Mary Victoria Hodge Riggins. His first wife, Carrie Lee Dean Riggins; one sister, Ellen Riggins; two brothers, Tom Riggins, Kelly "Jay" Riggins, Jr. and Son-in-law, Bob Fogarty preceded him in death.
He owned and operated John's Small Engine Repair Service in Draper for 19 years. He was a master boat mechanic for 40 years.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Mike Ingo officiating.

Interment will follow in the Draper's Valley Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Draper.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
