Joseph Wayne Rigney , age 68 of Pulaski passed away Saturday, July 7, 2018 at the Montgomery Regional Hospital.
Born May 8, 1950 in Pulaski he was the son of the late Robert Gray Rigney & Laura Elizabeth Gravely Rigney. Three brothers and one sister also preceded him in death.
