Joseph Stafford Rowsey, age 68 of Dublin passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 at the Pulaski
Health & Rehab Facility. Born October 26, 1950 in Lexington, VA he was the son of the late 
Curtis Lee & Bessie Pauline Rowsey. His brother, Michael Lee Rowsey also preceded him in death.

Joseph was a veteran of the United States Army.
