Julia Ellen McCoy Hodge , age 75 of Pulaski passed away Saturday, November 3, 2018 at the Pulaski Health Care Center.
Born April 11, 1943 in Radford, she was preceded in death by her parents, Harvey Garnett McCoy and Annie Pulchny McCoy. Her husband, Kelsey Hodge, Sr. also preceded her in death.
