Kanawha Hincel Jarrells, Sr. age 79 of Pulaski passed away Sunday night, December 30, 2007 at the Pulaski Health Care Center.
Born March 11, 1928 in Hiwassee, Virginia he was the son of the late Matthew Dennis Jarrells & Ethel Blanche Chrisley Jarrells. His wife; Nanny Rosa Bell Edwards Jarrells, brothers; Albert, Leonard and Donald Jarrells, sisters; Frances White, and twins – Brenda Jarrells Hernandez & Linda Jarrells also preceded him in death.
He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during World War II. He was a member of the Hillsville, VFW Post #1115.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Gary Stike officiating. Interment will follow at the Trail Family Cemetery, Hiwassee with military honors conducted by the Hillsville VFW Post #1115.The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski.
