Kermit Ray Owens, age 81 of Dublin passed away Saturday. September 10, 2011 in the Pulaski Health Care Center.
Born October 14, 1929 in West Jefferson, North Carolina, he was the son of the late Pinkney Fair Owens & Emma Houche Owens. Step-Mother; Bertha Owens, son; Kenneth Owens, grandson; Michael Christopher Sowers, son-in-law; Michael Ray Sowers, two sisters and five brothers also preceded him in death.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday at the Bower Funeral Home-Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Neil Wood officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Monday evening at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski.
