Lou Jean Lyons, age 80 of Dublin passed away Friday, November 3, 2006 at the Autumn Care Nursing Home, Altavista.

Born May 23, 1926 in Dublin she was the daughter of the late Wall Edward Lyons and Beatrice Richardson Lyons. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three sisters, Annie Belle Warden, Marie Eversole, and Ruth Lyons' three brothers, James Lyons, Lewis Lyons and Wall Lyons, Jr.
She and her sister, Marie were co-owners of the former Dublin Motel for many years. She was the member of the Dublin Baptist Church

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 Tuesday at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with Rev. Darlene Marshall officiating. Interment will follow at Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin.
The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski.

The family would like to "thank" the staff at Autumn Care Nursing Home for their special care and prayers.
