Marjorie Elouise Newbern Taylor, age 71 of Hiwassee passed away Monday, July 16, 2007 at the New River Valley Medical Center.
Born April 23, 1936 in Adel, Georgia she was the daughter of the late John Joseph & Odessa Lee Spires Newbern.
She was retired from the Pulaski County Schools where she cooked at Hiwassee Elementary and the Pulaski High School.
She was a member of the Hiwassee Pentecostal Holiness Church for 38 years.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Friday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Bobby Lewis officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. .
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.
