Mary Meadows Davis ,age 89 of the Little Creek Community departed this life Sunday afternoon, September 30, 2012 with her Son and Daughter-in-law, Jasper and Shirley Davis by her side assisted by the Southwest Virginia Hospice.

She was born March 6, 1923 in Bland County to the late John "Jesse" Meadows and Mary Alberta Davis Meadows. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Hampton Davis, Sr., and one Granddaughter, Debbie Baker.

She is survived by

Son and Daughter-in-law- Jasper Davis, Jr, and wife, Shirley-Little Creek, &
Daughter- Louise Davis Parker-Little Creek.
Five Grandchildren,
Eight Great Grandchildren,
Four Great, Great Grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held Wednesday 7:00 p.m., October 3, 2012 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Jim Angle officiating.
The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 5:30 p.m. until service time at Bower Funeral Home.
Per her wishes, Mrs. Davis will be cremated.
