Mary Dean Elliott Viars , age 70 of Dublin went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, February 21, 2023 at the Lewis-Gale Hospital, Salem. Born December 25, 1952 in Kentucky she was the daughter of the late Howard John Elliott & Nellie Frances Clark Elliott. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Wayne Viars, brother, Randall Elliott and twin granddaughters Megan & Melanie.
