Maze Bell Ferrell Boardwine, age 83 of 4466 Brookmont Road, Pulaski passed away Thursday, April 26, 2007 at the New River Valley Medical Center.
Born November 17, 1923 in Whitewood, Virginia she was the daughter of the late Archie Larkin Wellington "Weck" Ferrell III & Alta Elizabeth Stephenson Ferrell. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Paul Frazier Boardwine, two grandchildren, Samuel Boardwine, Jr., Archie B. Boardwine, Jr., Brothers; Clarence, Josh & Harry Ferrell. Sisters, Flora French, Hazel Helton, Jean Boyd, Rachel Robinson, Margie Sparks, Mary Honaker, Caroline Davis, Margaret Bradford, Vida Ferrell, Georgie Ferrell, and special friend, Columbus Floyd "Lum" Worrell.
She worked for a number of years with the New River Valley Agency on Aging.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Bower Funeral Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. Wayne Lambert, Rev. Kenneth Wyatt & Rev. David Hoover officiating. Interment will follow at the Thornspring Cemetery, Pulaski.
The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Saturday evening at the Bower Funeral Chapel, 1631 Bobwhite Blvd., Pulaski.
